Welcome to Unblocked Self, LLC. By booking or participating in any session or service offered through our website or platform, you ("Client" or "you") agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the nature, purpose, and limitations of the services provided, and establish important legal rights and responsibilities.

Please read this agreement carefully before using our services.

1. Nature and Purpose of Services

All services offered are intended solely for purposes of personal insight, growth, and general wellness. These services, including hypnosis sessions, are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.

2. No Medical Provider-Patient Relationship

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The practitioner is not acting in a medical or clinical capacity.

  • Any professional licenses held by the practitioner outside of hypnotherapy are not being applied during sessions.

  • You are not establishing a provider-patient relationship.

  • You will not interpret any suggestions or insights as medical advice or diagnosis.

  • You agree not to delay or disregard professional medical care based on your participation in these services.

3. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

Participation is entirely voluntary. By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18 years old and legally competent to consent.

  • You are mentally and physically capable of participating in hypnosis or other services.

  • You do not have any medical or psychiatric conditions that contraindicate participation (including but not limited to schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder/dissociative identity disorder, or seizure disorders).

  • You understand and accept that hypnosis may involve emotional experiences or discomfort, and you assume all associated risks.

4. Client Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your own decisions, actions, and well-being prior to, during and after each session.

  • Any outcomes or results from participating in our services.

We are not liable for choices you make as a result of your session(s).

5. Confidentiality and Session Privacy

  • You agree to inform the practitioner if anyone else is present during the session, either physically or electronically.

  • Recording of sessions (audio or video) is not permitted without written consent.

  • If recording is allowed, you are solely responsible for safeguarding the privacy of the content.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or for no-shows.

  • If the hypnotist of Unblocked Self needs to cancel a session due to illness or emergency, there is no penalty, and we will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

By booking a session, you agree to abide by this policy.

7. Release of Liability

By participating in our services, you agree to:

  • Waive and release us from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Limit any potential claim for damages to the total amount paid for the service.

  • Indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities related to your participation, including those arising from negligence.

  • Treat the practitioner respectfully and acknowledge that we are not responsible for any emotional, physical, or psychological harm you may experience.

8. No Guarantees

We do not make any guarantees or promises regarding:

  • Specific outcomes or results.

  • The effectiveness of any session or service.

Your results will vary based on individual circumstances, and we are not responsible for unmet expectations.

9. Acknowledgment

By booking a session or using this website, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

  • You accept all terms voluntarily and choose to participate with full understanding of the nature and limitations of the services.
